Reading the Blueprint Drawings and making necessary design changes as per the requirements and site conditions using Auto-CAD. Developing new Auto-CAD plans based on the Zonal codes and requirements for various Restaurant locations all over Canada. Assisting the Project manager in the bidding process and preparing RFQ’s and RFP’S followed by meeting the vendors and stakeholders on-site for preliminary site assessment. Preparing High-level Budgeting for the project based on the initial quotes/bids from Vendors. Preparing PO’s and sending out them to the respective bidders/Vendors. Being on-site as a site supervisor throughout the project, making sure Execution goes as per the CAD Drawings. Facilities Coordinator: Assisting the group of Restaurant locations across Canada in day-to-day activities/issues. Monitoring the company-developed software Corrigo for operational & Construction-related related requests from restaurants. Attending the plumbing/ mechanical/ Electrical/ Roofing/ Flooring related issues and also Handling the minor projects related to them across the restaurants. Reaching/following out to the Vendors on the deadlines provided and updating restaurants on fixing the issues/updates.

Ensure workplace safety and lead pre-job briefs to motivate the crew and answer work-related questions and doubts. Coordinate Field visits and Assist site staff from site preparation to scheduling for the activities. Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment by using Bluebeam, Excel, and Number(iOS) Software. Prepare Shop drawings and working Drawings for the team and customer to make sure they understand the work. Plan and coordinate day-to-day site activities with senior management using P.M.I.S. (Builder Trend)nt by using Bluebeam, Excel, and Number(iOS)

Created floor plans and elevations utilizing frameworks and pertinent technologies, such as BIM Used change management to minimize the impact on the budget and timeline. Creating daily progress reports, reports on material testing, and reports on the amount of labour, material, and utility used daily or weekly. Arranged for management review sessions and collected requirements from customers.

Engaged with clients to learn about their needs and the project's scope. Participated in setting up all resource and trade arrangements before the project's start. Ensuring that every resource and material used for the project satisfies the requirements. Drafted daily reports for senior management and clients. Dealt with the material management and monitored the job site activities.

Coordinated with Architect on elevations and floor plans using AUTO CAD on both residential and commercial projects. Developing elevation and plans with AUTO CAD. Collaborating with the architectural team on planning and standard specifications. Made sporadic site visits to ensure construction proceeded according to schedule.
