I’m a Supply Chain Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience turning complex data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. My work focuses on inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and end-to-end supply chain analytics for mid-sized product-based organizations. In my current role at Flexport, I analyze shipment, inventory, and demand data using SQL and Python to uncover trends and improve operational performance. I’ve built Power BI dashboards to track shipment status, lead times, and inventory movement, improving visibility across teams. By developing forecasting models and using historical data, I’ve helped reduce excess inventory and improve planning accuracy. I also integrate ERP and logistics datasets to streamline reporting, saving significant manual effort and enabling faster decision-making. Previously at Reliance Industries, I monitored key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and lead time using SAP and Excel dashboards. I optimized inventory and replenishment planning to enhance stock availability while reducing costs. My work included analyzing vendor performance, identifying root causes of delivery delays, and improving supplier coordination. I also developed order lifecycle tracking systems and supported procurement and planning teams with data-driven insights. I’m skilled in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, with hands-on experience working with SAP and Oracle ERP systems. I also bring a strong foundation in analytics techniques, including regression models, time series forecasting, and basic machine learning approaches for demand prediction.
