1. Installation new machines and components. 2. Maintaining machines and planning maintenance (predictive, preventive) program for all machines. 3. Repair shopfloor and auxiliary machine breakdowns, faults and malfunctions as soon as possible. (Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical) 4. Factory auxiliary systems maintenances. (compressors, boiler room, forklifts, cranes, etc.) 5. Periodic control and periodic maintenance planning and agreements with external companies. 6. To communicate with other Continental plants if necessary in projects, documentation and faults. 7. Tracking and providing critical and spare parts in spare parts warehouse. Purchasing necessary and critical spare parts. 8. Preparing new layouts of factories and machines and updating the existing ones. 3D and 2D design works (Solidworks, Autocad) 9. Support for lean production and quality works 10. Analysing KPI machine faults rate. Calculating MTTR and MTBF and according to results using problem solve methods (8D, Fishbone...)

1 To carry out and follow-up studies on new product and trial production 2. Organising production according to the weekly production plan 3 To prepare the weekly labor distribution according to the planned production. 4 To present suggestions to the department for developments related to processes and machinery/apparatus 5 To ensure the recovery of retouched defective products that occur during production 6 Keeping track of in-department stocks 7 In case of non-conformity (reclamation, scrap, repair, etc.) to ensure that the necessary work is done and to inform the Quality Management Department 8 Dealing closely with the problems of the employees (belonging to the department) 9 Guiding the department shift supervisors to increase production efficiency, doing the necessary work 10. Attending daily production meetings
