My responsibilities as a Senior Recruiter will include identifying qualified candidates for open requisitions, conducting candidate interviews, working with Recruiting Coordinators to schedule onsite interviews, collaborating with Senior Management and Hiring Leaders, and presenting and negotiating employment offers. - Work closely with Hiring Leaders in Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Technology management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions -Source, screen, and interview applicants and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (Hirebridge) -Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company image to candidates and external service provider - Conduct telephone screens to further qualify applicants for all open requisitions along with Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers

End to end recruiting for US (headquarters) office and other locations for Technology department, junior to mid-levels. First point of contact for all candidates at all levels. Utilizing job portals for recruitment purposes such like Monster, Dice, Craigslist, LinkedIn, Indeed, Ladders, Naukri and etc. Expertise in using different social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook for recruitment purpose (Social Media Recruiting). Assisting and handling On Campus Interviews (OCI) for US using university career services. Managing Recruiting events (India) and walk-ins for mass hiring. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database - Taleo and Cornerstone. Managing and leading various job postings on Cvent Career website for both India and US as well as various job portals. Other HR Activities: Support Employee queries on ground Induction Process/Policy Query POC for Clarification Travel Agreement & associated Documentation expert - Visa processes from HR standpoint for employee exchange program Managing CSR initiative by Cvent and initiating the drives across the company. Responsible for employee engagement program Employee Relations (HR Connect, Employee Pulse) Exit Management HR Projects
