Sahar Samy is an HR professional with over 10 years’ experience mostly working in HR and training. She holds an MBA from IPE Management School-Paris, in Strategic Management, and has held HR and training roles as a consultant at many companies and institutions. Her areas of expertise include recruitment, employee recognition, employee branding, training, assessments, compensation and performance management. Sahar is currently an HR Manager and HR Consultant, doing all HR functions from Strategic Human Resources Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR policies and Talent Management to Reward Programs. Her experience and association with people from various domains help her to effectively manage people and their behavior. She is creative and possesses excellent inter-personal management skills. She has conducted training programs on People Management, Mind Mapping, Knowledge Management, Creativity and Innovation at work, and has been consistent in nurturing goals towards positive results to transform the working process from a tiresome and boring task into an enjoyable and rewarding activity through people management modern strategies which consider employees as partners and transform normal organizations into Learning Organizations.
