I’m am a product manager at QUASAR working on innovative projects which leverage dry-electrode EEG and other multimodal sensor technologies. I have a versatile background with 15 years of experience utilizing in vivo models and clinical research methods to develop software, biologics and machine learning approaches for precision medicine and biomarker discovery for neurodevelopment disorders and rare pediatric neurological diseases as evidenced by 12 invited speaker oral presentations, 3 book chapters, and 2 software programs. I have the ability to develop and execute a strategic clinical research plan in collaboration with stakeholders in pre-clinical and clinical settings for hypothesis-generating studies as evidenced by 12 peer reviewed publications. I also have the ability to work professionally with leading minds in the industry as the primary liaison between reporting vendors and prominent key opinion leaders maintaining seamless communication that resulted in 3 funded grants. In addition, I have the following qualifications: - Technical fluency to communicate science across diverse audiences as seen by experience teaching complex scientific concepts, developing content, and demonstrating hands-on in-person experiments for a graduate course in Neuroanatomy with 60 students as well as a course on theoretical and practical EEG with 30 graduate students. - Technical writing expertise with subject matter knowledge in rare neurodevelopmental disorders, electrophysiology, psychometric evaluation, and ethical use of AI/ML as evidenced by developing and submitting 4 high quality scientific grants as the principal investigator winning $360,000 in funding. - Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with experience providing technical training and mentorship while maintaining a coachable mindset as demonstrated by training 2 senior and 23 junior professionals in EEG data collection, preprocessing, and analysis.
