Strengthened key skills such as stakeholder communication, strategic planning, and data analysis through management of projects across strategic workforce planning, employee experience, communications, and organization & talent development. Projects included: -Designed and implemented a universal cost estimation tool for international assignees, improving planning accuracy and supporting global mobility decisions for our ten most common home and host countries. -Developed 12 ISE highlight reports to support repatriation visibility and succession planning, integrating international experience into strategic talent discussions. -Ownership for the revampment of the division’s intern orientation experience, partnering with the communications, talent & development, and early talent divisions to implement collaborative and creative opportunity for future interns.
