Responsible for overseeing the entire engineering function within the company. Built out and scaled the engineering team across all disciplines. Provided technical guidance and mentorship to team members and led the development of new products across radar and AI/ML domains.

Program Manager for the AN/TPY-2 (THAAD) missile defense radar sites in CENTCOM and EUCOM. Led a global team of over 40 personnel, ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 operational availability. In addition to overseeing programmatic activities and leading proposal and negotiation efforts, directed the retrograde of an existing site/system and deployed a new one within CENTCOM during the peak of the COVID pandemic.

Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the KSA THAAD capture. Leveraged my extensive product knowledge and experience to successfully manage the bidding of hardware development scope worth over $300M, as well as the production of seven new radars valued over $2B. Through close collaboration with engineering directorates, operations, and global supply chain teams, shaped the bid, ensured timely delivery, and managed proposal activities for the full program lifecycle - development through to sustainment. As a section lead, provided guidance and support to a team of around 20 direct reports, handling HR flow-down, staffing for program support, performance development reviews, and the resolution of technical, process, or interpersonal issues.

Lead the successful activation of THAAD FMS radars in the UAE. Deployed to the region for a year to provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to the program, ensuring that all technical requirements were met and any issues were quickly identified and resolved.

Provided expertise in the integration and testing of multiple Airborne Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) programs in various product development cycles including TD, EMD, and production.

Performed extended deployments to Israel, Turkey, Japan, and Qatar to ensure 24/7 radar uptime and efficient issue resolution in high visibility and high-risk situations. Trained and supervised teams of up to five engineers at each deployed radar site, providing objectives, priorities, timelines, and feedback to achieve flawless team and system performance during real-world operations and live missile system tests.

Managed hands-on deployment, integration, and testing activities for AN/TPY-2 radars in both factory settings and international fielded sites. Evaluated, diagnosed, isolated, and repaired faults at all domestic and international radar sites, conducting root/cause analysis to determine and apply corrective actions.
