Worked as a project engineer & working as responsible person for fabrication erection & commissioning of rotary kiln , balling disc, cooler & screening system. DRI PLANTS Capacity- 100 x 2 tpd rotary kiln DRI Plant. After completing project under Lloyds joined Top worth steels & worked as a Shift in charge in operation & maintenance. In sponge iron projects & working under Lloyds we have fabricated our kiln, Cooler shell, dsc etc on site, so my work involves overall supervision, inspection of fabrication & erection of structures & techno structures & equipments. In addition to above, I have hands on Experience of Installation and commissioning of 100TPD DRI Plants. As worked in running plant all repairs, routing maintenances of Screen, Crushers, and Conveyors & Magnet Separator etc. From 1 April 2005 M.S. group (A Group of sponge iron consultant taking whole plant in production basis) Started career as a Jr. engineer trainee & promoted as a Shift in charge in maintenance of running plants & worked in various plants like: -
