My expertise lies in supporting and developing educational initiatives, evaluating instructional materials, and enhancing the professional development of educators. Throughout my career, I have conducted needs assessments to establish learning objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of course materials. This process has enabled me to identify training solutions that facilitate the growth and development of both educators and learners. My background includes roles as a science instructor, academic support specialist, and curriculum specialist, all of which have contributed to my success as a university lecturer in management and entrepreneurship. Moreover, I hold technical certifications in STEM, advocating for an interdisciplinary approach that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. Furthermore, I completed the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Training Program for Smart Learning, where I utilized innovative strategies to educate instructors in the educational field, achieving a remarkable success rate of 95 percent. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I provided crucial academic support for the educational sector, ensuring the seamless implementation of online learning and achieving a perfect success rate.
