Sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality, price, and delivery standards. Requesting and reviewing quotations from vendors. Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions. Creating and managing purchase orders for local and imported goods. Monitoring and controlling purchase requisitions from internal departments. Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Handling complaints and resolving issues with vendors.

-Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable, -Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill, -Prepare billing report, -Prepare Bank Payment,Update Weekly Cash Flow, -Handling Cases Refund Customer & Settlement all Bank, -check and report office taxes every month (PPH 21,23 etc)

- Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions. - Respond to customer requests and inquiries, make recommendations about bank products and services, maintain and balance cash supplies, and keep track of bank records and financial information. - Provide services based on SMART SOLUTION (Sigap, Menarik, Antusias, Ramah, Teliti, Simak, Open-minded, Lengkap, Utamakan kebutuhan nasabah, Telling solustions, Inisiatif dan on-time follow up) culture. - Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures such as bank secrecy and APU PPT regulation.
