- Develop training materials and train data entry team to ensure data accuracy in COVID-19 Response Program (CRP) surveillance system. - Obtain and organize COVID-19 lab reports from electronic system to identify Harris County residents and organize type of patient lab reports based on test types (PCR, Antigen, Antigen, Abbott ID NOW (rapid PCR tests), to increase efficacy of Case, PUI, and PUM data entry in CRP surveillance system - Conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of COVID-19 data entered into CRP surveillance system - Collaborated with intake team leads and managers to improve team processes, procedures, and increase the efficiency of data entry into the CRP surveillance system.
