• Led two different culture corporates to do cross-functional activities to develop target operating models, and execute integration strategies. Orchestrated weekly meetings to resolve issues, dependencies, and risks. • Cooperated with consultants to execute the entire business transfer (EBT) process. Managed tasks throughout the EBT period such as cutting off accounting documents, collecting back contracts, and licensing with novation agreements. Smoothly conducted EBT without invalid legal processes and penalties.

• Developed a transportation and warehouse management business model and cost structure for SCG Logistics Overseas. • Selected Merger and Acquisition target in Vietnam. Evaluated, made initial contact and conducted commercial due diligence.

• Conducted feasibility study including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment, and risk identification to support business growth. • Formulated the company’s strategies including Sales & Marketing, Operation, Financial Projection, and Performance Management to support the business’s short and medium-term plans. • Evaluated the company’s performance, analysed gaps for improvement, and suggested solutions to improve performance regarding financial and service level agreements.

Area Hostess - Park Operations • Accommodated guests in the area including assisting lost children. Developed friendly and courteous environment. • Interacted and improvised to each circumstance. Ride Operator • Operated the rides with attentiveness and be prepared for emergencies which might arise. • Assisted guests on/off the rides, including supporting children and adults from the instruments.

• Reduced process loss by identifying causes in the production lines, analysing problems, designing experiments, and summarising solutions. Resulted in significant waste reduction and increased annual savings.
