Conduct surveillance visits, on an annual basis, to each Branch and Section within Supply and make recommendations on how operations should be improved. Perform In and Out Briefings for the Supply Squadron Commander, applicable Branch Chief and / or Section Supervisors on Internal Surveillance procedures / findings. Prepare local supplements to RSAFM 67-1 as required. Submit copies to HQ RSAF for review and possible inclusion to RSAFM 67-1. Prepare supply plans and policies. Work identified computer problems affecting customer support and recommend solutions to appropriate agency that can fix the problem. Process and control Reports of Item Discrepancy (ROIDs). Maintain files and take action on audit and field visits. Produce, distribute and maintain the accuracy of the master Pick-up and Delivery Destination List in Organization and Shop Code sequence. Review and action requests for adding new organization and shop codes. Analyze monthly computer products and present to the Supply Squadron Commander all the statistical trend data and problem analyses. This provides the Supply Squadron Commander the ability to identify the deficiencies and the effectiveness of the account. Maintain current inventory of Mobility equipment and spares in kits and WCDO necessary to support mobility and wartime requirements. Advise the Branch Chief on fill rates and problems as they occur. Maintain copies of mobility plans and write Supply procedures to ensure timely and effective mobility processing. Initiates pre-mobility exercise action required of Supply and conducts post- exercise analyses of problems incurred. Prepare a monthly “How Goes It” briefing for the Supply Squadron Commander and staff. Establish organizational Supply accounts and shop codes as directed by the M&P Officer.

Prepare a monthly analysis of all special inventories and cycle inventories for discrepancies, adjustments, and trends to determine causes and recommended corrective action. Forward a copy to the Supply Squadron Commander for review / action as well as a copy to HQ RSAF / DOS. Retain signed copies in file for one year. Maintain a suspense file to ensure prompt and accurate processing of Special Inventories. Upon receiving an SA0302, Advice of Locked Item, or notification from other sections identifying Stock Records that are locked for Cycle or Special inventory, Inventory personnel will make every effort to clear the locked item in order for the transaction to process.

Prepare replies to messages, letters, and queries regarding requisitions/procurements. Prepare and process inputs to modify or cancel Due-outs / Due-ins based on documentation from the customer.

Supply Chain Specialist @ Shipping Department

Work with the Base Medical Services to monitor health hazard items.

Make periodic surveys to ensure that warehouses are effectively utilized. Re-warehouse as necessary and ensure that good housekeeping practices are maintained in storage facilities. Ensure that outside storage areas are adequately protected and maintained. Store and issue WCDO items.
