Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly Procurement plan. Procure Raw Material, Chemicals, and Miscellaneous Items etc. Develop reports on Procurement and Supply of Chemicals.

Designing and arranging training program for field force on regular basis as per the training calendar Imparting product training to new field force and also prior to any product launch/ prelaunch Internal sales analysis for growth / de growth over last month, quarter and year of all products and design innovative strategies for growth of all the brands Timely preparation of brand Reminder cards, Product Monographs, Scientific literatures, Gifts etc. Monthly, quarterly and yearly planning of gifts and promotional materials Communicate with the field force to help them achieve their target. To ensure that all product related queries of field force are being responded timely Analyze competitor’s products vs. our products for pricing schemes and other strategies and plan activities accordingly to take the sales review Conduct promotional activities for all the brands.
