My duties in this position include presenting at open house information sessions at Franklin Pierce University, helping to come up with marketing ideas, and making classroom visits and presentations. The goal of this position is to promote the Wensberg Writing Center and explain what we do and how to use us as a resource for faculty, staff, and students.

Worked one on one with students to teach them how to improve their writing skills and provide help at any stage in the writing process, from outlining an assignment to finalizing a final draft. I also specialized in working with international students and addressing ESL concerns.

My duties in this position included answering phones and transferring calls to the correct person or department, filing applications, creating file folders for applicants, and general office work
