In our thesis endeavor, led by our Research Supervisor, our team embarked on a comprehensive examination of the intricate connections between economic growth and research and development (R&D) across SAARC nations. Employing sophisticated econometric techniques like ARDL tests for panel data, our objective was to uncover the nuanced patterns of short-term fluctuations and long-term trends among crucial variables such as population dynamics, R&D investment, human capital development, and per capita income. By tapping into credible sources like the UNDP and the World Bank, our study not only elucidates the complex dynamics of sustainable development but also offers practical insights tailored for policymakers and stakeholders navigating the evolving challenges of our increasingly interconnected global environment.

Examined secondary data and gathered information from a myriad of reputable online sources to delve into the intricate dynamics of global value chains and trade in South Asia. The objective was to construct a comprehensive and well-informed argument, leading to conclusive results. By scouring through valuable online repositories, scholarly articles, reports from international organizations, and data portals, we aimed to grasp the multifaceted dimensions of global value chains (GVCs) within the South Asian context. Our analysis focused on understanding the integration of South Asian economies into global production networks, the role of trade policies and agreements, and the impact of technological advancements on GVC participation. We meticulously evaluated data on trade flows, foreign direct investment (FDI) patterns, value-added contributions, and sectoral linkages to discern the evolving nature of GVCs in the region. Additionally, we examined case studies and empirical research to uncover the opportunities and challenges faced by South Asian countries in leveraging GVCs for economic growth and development. Drawing upon this wealth of information, our study aimed to present a well-examined argument that synthesizes key insights and observations. By critically analyzing the data and information at hand, we sought to offer conclusive results that contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of global value chains in shaping trade dynamics and economic integration in South Asia.

Conducted a thorough one-on-one cross-sectional survey, engaging with multiple transgender individuals across diverse communities and social settings in Islamabad. The aim was to gather insights into the existence and effectiveness of policies aimed at safeguarding their fundamental human rights. Through personalized interviews conducted in various settings, including community centers, public spaces, and social gatherings, I sought to understand the lived experiences and perspectives of transgender individuals regarding the availability and implementation of protective policies. The survey delved into a range of topics, including access to healthcare, employment opportunities, legal protections, and social acceptance. We probed the respondents about their awareness of existing policies addressing transgender rights, their experiences with discrimination or marginalization, and their suggestions for improving policy frameworks to better serve their needs. By engaging directly with transgender individuals in Islamabad, the survey aimed to provide a nuanced understanding of the gaps and challenges in current policy implementations, as well as to highlight areas for improvement to ensure the full realization of transgender rights in the community. Then interpreted data collected through surveys from different transgender individuals for analysis of the research using statistical software like E-Views and Excel.

I founded Allira Jewellery, an online platform specializing in importing and selling Turkish jewellery, celebrated for its unique craftsmanship and timeless elegance. Through strategic sourcing and a keen sense of design, I curated exclusive collections that resonated with modern jewellery enthusiasts. I led the import and procurement process for high-quality Turkish pieces, built and executed digital marketing strategies — primarily through Instagram — and managed inventory, pricing, and customer relations to ensure smooth, efficient sales operations. Additionally, I cultivated strong relationships with international suppliers to maintain product authenticity and consistent quality.
