I worked in the HR dept at The Raintree Hotels for a period of 3 months. My major responsibilities included overlooking the onboarding of new employees, organising and assisting with the employee engagement activities, taking care of the female staff accommodation and was also responsible for trainee activities.

I've been in the Human Resource department of Crowne Plaza Chennai for 3.5 months and was majorly responsible for the interns who were interning in the hotel. I would schedule interviews, take care of their joining formalities, induction and orientation, coordinate with different departments for the learning and development of the trainees, help organize their trainees meet and take care of their clearance as well.
