Activities and responsabilities: • Provide techno-commercial support to Sales and Application Engineering teams. • Prepare strategic and tactical business plans, analyze business needs, and implement corrective actions. • Ensure sales growth with a focus on increasing revenue and maximizing EBIT. • Lead product roadmap initiatives aligned with long-term strategic objectives and regional growth targets. • Launch new products by analyzing market requirements, managing development programs, conducting ROI analyses, and coordinating timelines with Engineering and Manufacturing. • Promote products through presentations, roadshows, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives. • Assess market competition by comparing company products with competitor offerings. • Define product pricing strategies using market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, forecasting volumes, and evaluating custom or special orders. • Contribute to the definition and prioritization of the product development pipeline.

Activities and responsabilities: • Analysis of tender specifications and assess a design brief to gauge the design requirements requested by customers; • Design new products with CAD software and improve the existing ones (3D modeling of parts and assemblies, mainly plastic products); • Conduct rigorous usability tests of prototypes in collaboration with the technical service and modify the product according to the test results; • Coordination and management of the tests to be performed on the product and evaluate design solutions against industry standards and regulations in collaboration with the testing laboratory; • Technical reference for international projects; • Product Quality control; • Document the design process and present reports to all relevant stakeholders (work closely with PLMs); • Contact suppliers for product quotation and samples request; • Analysis of the molds with the mold makers • DFMEA (Design failure mode and effect analysis); • Draft of detailed technical drawings; • Production/installation/assembly instructions and BOMs; x6 Patent applications filed x1 Nomination STL Rising Star Award x1 STL Superhero - Certificate of Appreciation

During my university career, I learned to master all phases of the design thinking process, from the research of user's need to the concept generation and development phase with an iterative approach (inspiration, conception, prototyping and implementation). I attended specific industrial product design courses that allowed me to focus always my attention on details, ergonomics and on the correct functioning of the products, always paying the utmost attention to the correct choice of materials and production technologies and this led me to collaborate with several companies with which I have also designed products for events such as the Milano Design Week.
