Responsible for Supply Chain Planning for EMEA region - including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Raw Materials Planning and S&OP. Helping support €1.3b annual sales by planning & manufacturing our products from 50+ bottling partners and co-packing sites across the EMEA region. Leading the planning organisation through major IT transformation projects. (SAP IBP and S/4HANA)

Responsible for 3 different functions 1) Supply Network Design / Modelling: 2-5 years long range planning and network modelling - to serve our customers better at optimal costs. 2) Operations Project Management: Building Monsters Capacity and Capabilities. - Building our Supply network for the future. Building new capacity and capabilities across EMEA region. (30+ sites) - From Project identification, business case, investment or capex assessment, contract to delivery of project. - Developing appropriate both system/tool and people capability to deliver project OTIF 3) Technical Services: To ensure cans with new design artworks are produced to correct standards (colour & texture).

Responsible for delivering ~1200 projects annually for EMEA region from "scoping of projects" to "delivery to customer location". - Innovation / New product launches - Promotions - Launch readiness of existing product in new market. - Technical and regulatory changes - Changing products from one manufacturing site to another.

Responsible for company's end-to-end supply chain operations for all brands - including Demand planning, Supply planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics/freight and Customer service operation.

Responsible for setting up and leading new end-to-end global supply chain for 5 functions - demand planning, supply planning, procurement, warehouse & 3PL management and new products introduction teams for newly acquired brands. Key results delivered: • Started-up full end-to-end supply network of 9 global 3PL warehouses and 6 contract manufacturers in 12 months. • Designed new organization structure and built a new supply chain team for all 5 functions. • Developed and deployed supply chain master plan and strategy to drive product availability and cash efficiency.

Responsible for operations at 7 Contract Manufacturing sites in Europe with full accountability for service, inventory, costs, new launches, budget management and obsolescence. Develop vision & operations strategy, align and deploy to manufacturing sites. Lead/coach multi-functional teams both internally and externally to resolve problems, provide mitigation plan to manage risks and deliver results. Engage and influence multi-functional stakeholders.

Responsible for supply of materials (Chemicals, Tubes & Pumps) globally with $140m annual spend. 160 suppliers with 800+ materials to supply 5 global manufacturing sites. Develop and deploy supply chain strategies to deliver service, inventory, cost and productivity savings. Global owner for lead time reduction programme.

Responsible for 20+ new launches a year with annual sales of $500m. Develop & align launch plans with stakeholders on time and in budget. Lead/coach/help internal and external teams to execute launch plans and mitigate availability risks.

Responsible for 2nd level buying for Raw and Pack materials with $180m annual spend, 40 Contract Manufacturers, 200+ suppliers & 1200+ SKUs. Develop, align and deploy Sourcing strategies to technology buyers. Consolidate supply base and simplify data collection to generate cost savings.

Lead directional setting for 12 supply planners and planning production across 40+ contract manufacturers. Streamlining supply planning processes, reducing lead times/MOQ, obsolescence reduction, improving productivity and implementing improvement projects. Mentoring and coaching planners. 1 direct report and 11 in-direct reports.

Responsible for ordering materials and finished products from manufacturing sites (4 CMs, 80+ Suppliers) to Distribution Centres. Ensure products are available on time and in right quantity, reduce inventory and review scorecard and KPIs.

Responsible for analyzing demand/forecast for South India and East India's 14 sub distribution centers.

Responsible for Third Party Logistics (3PL) operations at Contracted Distribution Center along with managing transportation and freight companies for South India/East India distribution.

Responsible for Raw and Pack Materials Planning for Hair Care Category in a manufacturing plant. Played a key role during SAP implementation - Materials Management module
