• Managed development and implementation of Cognos BI capability for the NY State Medicaid Data Warehouse users. Led technical implementation and managed team of functional analysts, report developers, DBA and system administrators. • Provided pre-sales technical support through scoping, sizing, describing and proposing solutions to business problems in response to RFPs, RFIs, SOWs and non-solicited procurements. • Planned, designed, and directed data validation and system testing effort of the Medi-Cal DW/BI solution developed for California Department of Health Care Services. • Led the effort to develop detail recommendations for the architecture and components of a new DW/BI solution for the Florida Office of Attorney General. • Led application development of customized web based Executive Dashboards and Scorecards application for the NY Medicaid Director. • Managed overall implementation of advanced Data Mining system that helped NY state Department of Health to detect fraud and abuse within the healthcare system and help recover millions of dollars. • Supervised database design, data modeling, development of ETL processes, stored procedures, performance tuning, data cleansing, and database administration. Led and administered implementation of BI tools. Developed data mining models and developed web based applications. • Designed, developed and administered Data Warehouse front-end (EIS Model, DSS Model and Ad-hoc querying system) for 900+ Data Warehouse users using Hummingbird BI/Query and Teradata.
