As the lead of the Packaging Development Department- ▫️Leading the end-to-end development of innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions aligned with product and market requirements. ▫️Developed and sourced cost-effective packaging materials, improving vendor efficiency and supporting new product launches. ▫️Managing packaging material trials, performance evaluations, compatibility testing, and successful implementation in production. ▫️Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, operations, and quality teams to support new product launches and continuous improvements. ▫️Developing technical specifications, artwork coordination, and overseeing the packaging development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.

▫️Lead projects across the UK and Europe, managing personal care and perfume projects at manufacturing plants in Ahmedabad and Dubai. ▫️Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Purchasing, Costing, Marketing, Product Development Management (PDM), Quality Control (QC), Moulding, Drawing, Rendering, and Design to ensure seamless project execution. ▫️Oversee dimensional and Overfill capacity (OFC) analysis to optimize production efficiency and seamless transportation. ▫️Manage packaging finalization processes for components including bottles, caps, labels, unit cartons, shrink wraps, and shippers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and design specifications. ▫️Develop and execute strategies for own-label and private-label brands, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration. ▫️Finalize loading calculations for shrink wraps, shippers, pallets, containers, and floor loading to maximize logistical efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
