* Working with Kaizen Engineering Private Ltd. IT solution Company of integrated transport as Senior SDP Supervisor in Ahmadabad BRTS Project. The job responsibilities are as follows- * Over all supervision on BRT Bus Stations for smooth ticketing. * Staff recruitment & their training. * Prepared MIS related to public transport, MIS of BRT earnings, passengers carried, Run Kms. EPPK etc. * Staff Duty Allocation/ staff attendance verification * Supervision of BRT Central Control Center, supervision of Automated Vehicle Tracking Section, Station Status Section, Call Center. * Stores activities. * Submission of transport related reports to Ahmadabad Janmarg Ltd. Official operators of Ahmadabad BRTS Project. * Deal-with Passenger Complaints related to station ticketing, Staff grievances, HR related Activities. * Solve IT related issues of Point of Sale, Station PIS, Station Server, HTU operation & guide Station Ticketing Staff, Junior Supervisors.

* About Organization: It Provides the Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly Smart card Passes For BEST services and Railways in Mumbai, Thane, Navi mumbai. Around * 500 People are working with this organization to provide best services to the customers. * Job Responsibility :- * As a Zonal Head handled 22 SDP (Service Delivery Point) and 75 staffs located in Mumbai. * Manage Accounts, stocks, staff attendance and other Accessories, installed and commissioned at different SDP point. * Training Provide to the new comers time to time. * Updating smart cards for Bus & Train passes with smart Card Readers installed at SDP points Bus depot. * Handling customer problems and queries on required. * SDP Assistants quality improves time to time.
