🌟 About Me 🌟 I began my career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (G.E.T.) in 2016 at Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd., Surat, after completing my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. I served until 2021, gaining knowledge about basic maintenance, including what to do, how to do it, and how it is supposed to be done. After that, I joined Camerich Paper Pvt Ltd as a Senior Engineer and worked until April 2022, during which time I enhanced my skills in the maintenance of various kinds of pumps, pressure screens, hicon pulpers, and low consistency pulpers. Since April 2022, I have been working at Edicon Papers Pvt Ltd, which has a capacity of 400TPD, as a Senior Maintenance Engineer. I am dedicated to adding value to the plant with a unique work approach and a positive mindset. 🌟 What I Do 🌟 In my current role, I primarily oversee the maintenance of SFT. This involves handling modifications, new installations, shutdown planning, and managing both time and team. I am dedicated to achieving results that surpass expectations. I am skilled at guiding & managing teams to develop innovative solutions for any challenges that hinder the productivity of both individuals and machinery
