With 28 years of experience in the manufacturing industry,i am leading Engineering & Project at Bluestar Malleable Pvt Ltd, a leading producer of malleable iron castings. I oversee the operations and maintenance of the plant and lead the execution of greenfield projects worth millions of dollars. My MBA in Operations and Electrical Engineering enable me to apply both technical and managerial skills to optimize the performance and profitability of the plant and the projects. I have successfully completed a platinum certified greenfield project at Sigma Electric Manufacturing Corporation, where I improved the productivity, quality, and safety of five plants. I have also handled multiple projects and corrective actions at Talbros Automotive Components, where I enhanced the efficiency and reliability of the equipment and processes.
