I help SMEs and startups streamline their operations by building custom AI-powered apps and automation workflows. What I do: Design and build custom apps (Lovable, Figma, Supabase) Create workflow automations (Make, n8n, Zapier) Integrate AI assistants into business processes (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain) Structure and centralize company data (Supabase, Airtable, PostgreSQL) My goal is simple: save time, reduce repetitive work, and help businesses scale faster without heavy IT investments.

As a KYC (Know Your Customer) Coordinator at one of Europe’s leading financial institutions, I act as a central point of contact between internal teams, compliance, and front office to ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding and review process. My role involves coordinating and monitoring the end-to-end KYC process for both new and existing clients, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met in line with local and international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards. I work closely with relationship managers, compliance officers, and operational teams to gather and validate client documentation, assess risk levels, and manage deadlines. Key responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate KYC due diligence for onboarding and periodic reviews • Ensure timely escalation of issues and maintain strong communication across departments • Track progress, update internal systems, and report on KYC pipeline status • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve documentation or compliance-related challenges • Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and contribute to process improvement

Through meticulous management of financial and administrative operations, I have contributed to the streamlined functioning and growth of Soleil Bakery, an artisanal and bio bakery. I ensured compliance with all regulatory requirements and optimized operational efficiency. • Managed budget, investments, working capital, and cash flow for financial stability. • Oversaw all payments, including vendor payments and payroll. • Handled the entire invoicing process, including sending, receiving, paying and purchase invoices. • Prepared VAT returns, tax declarations, and annual financial reviews. • Coordinating with public entities to secure grants, including preparing and submitting application files. • Liaising with banks for obtaining credits and managing banking relationships. • Supervised payroll processing, employee contracts, and administrative duties in coordination with the social secretariat.
