Flash Global designs and implements service supply chain strategies for rapidly expanding IT companies to attain visibility, scalability, and predictability through optimized services and strategies. All logistics services are provided via partners on a global level • Manage (strategic) Network Partners across the region, drive performance metrics and develop measurable improvement plans as needed • Ensure partners are properly trained to execute logistics processes that support Flash Global operations • Expand Network coverage, adding new countries and partners along with training in Flash operational processes • Host regular Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) with Partner Network • Ensure on-site and virtual audits of partner agents are done as required (incl. 100% compliance to yearly IOR/EOR/Brokerage audits) • Maintain and drive business margins in the region • Meet and host customer visits in the EMEA region

Responisble for signing new boutiques to Miinto and ensure company revenue objectives are met or exceed. Providing detailed sales reporting on territory. Attending lot of events to generate sales leads, frequent time on the road for in person meetings with customers and partners across Benelux.
