• Support in negotiation on costing package • Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in production processes and order follow up • Liaise and communicate with buyer, factories and internal depts. to ensure bulk production are met with clients' requirements and tight timeline • Troubleshoot production problems and work with factories / suppliers to present alternatives to both clients and management • Collaborate with QA team with delivery details and inspection process • Monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates requirements

• To source new products and supplier connections • Follow up the formulation and benchmark sample to meet buyer requirements for develop new products • Order Management from placing order to ship in retailer shop • Collect order new line form from factory for internal use • Raise purchase order and shipment details to factory • Provide order critical path, new development samples, product sample to buyer • Monitor testing of products with technical team to meet retailer's requirement such as CIF, PIF approval and Pre-Production sample approval • Working with the factories to ensure they follow the retailers’ manual. For example: covering packaging requirement, barcodes through to shipment process • Check with the factory, when provide the green seal sample, red seal sample and gold seal sample • Update active report for internal use

• Monitor testing of products with technical team to meet company requirement • Follow up the development samples until shipment • Follow up production status with supplier to ensure on time delivery • Assist in following up purchase order, packing list and barcode details with suppliers • Follow up buyer comments on Pre-production samples • Updated daily report for new orders and assist on system (PLM, APEX, Order Cycle and Critix)

• Follow up all stage of product development, margins, product requirements • Prepare quotation and new samples to customer for new proposal • Prepare competitive analysis
