My ITIL certification has been instrumental in streamlining processes and implementing best practices in service management, contributing to the successful execution of complex projects. Recently, I earned my PMP certification from PMI, which has enhanced my project management skills and equipped me to lead cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. During my 12 years at Huawei’s Carrier Business Group, I gained extensive experience working with their Business Support Suite (BSS) and Value-Added Services (VAS) portfolio. This role helped me develop a strong understanding of core telecom platforms, including cloud-based solutions, messaging, and payment systems. Additionally, my experience at ZTE Corporation as a VAS/NGIN Technical Support has further strengthened my skills, allowing me to make meaningful contributions in my current position and drive successful outcomes.
