I performed this role, which involves coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate the timely acquisition of goods and services while ensuring compliance with relevant rules and guidelines established by regulatory bodies. Additionally, as a Procurement Coordinator, I support inspection processes to verify that quality and safety standards are met. This includes overseeing pressure vessel inspections, PSV and PRV testing with third-party witnessing, paint thickness measurements, and hydro and pneumatic tests. I play a key role in managing procurement documentation, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring that all inspection and certification processes are conducted efficiently and accurately to uphold the organization’s commitment to safety and quality.

I oversee and monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company policies, managing inventory, logistics, and distribution for optimal efficiency. I supervise transportation, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate shipments to enhance overall logistics performance. By optimizing warehouse layout, implementing automation, and maintaining accurate inventory through WMS, ERP, and regular audits, I ensure a 99% inventory accuracy across over 6,000 SKUs. Additionally, I lead staff training, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with branch teams for monthly inventory management, all while continuously seeking process improvements to boost operational effectiveness.
