Worked as a substitute English teacher with children ranging from kindergarten to the eight grade in secondary school. Adapted easily to the online teaching methods and possibilities, using different platforms to reach out to all pupils: Zoom, Google Classroom, WhatsApp, Facebook, Gmail. Demonstrated the ability to organize and shape the lessons according to the classes' knowledge and abilities and also tailored the learning activities to the pupils' interests, keeping them motivated and engaged, so that they better adjusted to online learning. Managed to encourage pupils to use English as the main language in class. Used a variety of activities in English (songs, short films, art, educational games, stories, class contests), alternating online work with offline tasks. Gave individual feedback for every assignment and offered constant support.

I managed to obtain a year-long Erasmus scholarahip on the second year of my Bachelor study, in Germany. Demonstrated the ability to adapt fast to a new learning system and the willingness to embrace cultural diversity. Used exclusively English and German on a daily basis, in different social and academic situations.
