I am responsible for handling Customer Complaints for Tiles & Sanitaryware which includes day-to- day reporting to My Reporting Line Manager, Coordinating with the concern Marketing Officer, Accounts Department along with the End Client to ensure a smooth service delivery. My additional duty includes preparing various reports for my Department Heads, coordination with various team members in terms of coordinating meetings, doing regular follow ups and performing any other tasks assigned to me by my Department Bosses as and when required.

I am responsible for all forms of coordination in and outside the department, preparing and presenting all supply chain related report, inbound and outbound travels for RAK Employees, doing regular follow-ups on the cases assigned to me and other various tasks assigned by my Head of Department as and when required.

coordinate, assist and facilitate all aspects of the development and implementation of curricula and assist faculty members during the planning and development of relevant classroom curricula, teaching resources, lesson plan and assignments as appropriate to class objectives and standards.

-Planning,researching and designing various teaching strategies for elementary level students in liaise with the school's learning objectives. - Actively taking part in all the training and workshops both in-house or outside campus. -reaching out to the learners in terms of delivering lessons, identifying their needs and providing for it accordingly,counseling in the time of their crisis. - perform assigned non-academic duties with a positive approach. - maintain a good rapport with the peers and learners.
