-Sourced and engaged passive senior level candidates for several Software Engineering pipelines per week through the use creative sourcing strategies. -Conducted phone screens, scheduled interviews and provided exceptional candidate experience -Maintained a diverse pipeline and focused on initiatives to attract underrepresented talent. -Lead weekly sourcing sessions for the recruiting team to build the top of the funnel.

-Designed and communicated compliance processes and procedures in accordance with California labor laws for over 10 Equinox clubs and served as primary point of contact for club managers. -Managed the daily, weekly and monthly preparation of key operational reports and metrics pertaining to compliance -Trained and managed a team of 3 Operation Administrators to ensure Equinox employees are in accordance with FLSA.
