I am SABIB Hamza, a technology entrepreneur and mathematician with a strong academic foundation in advanced modeling, data science, and business intelligence. Holding a Master of Science in Modelling, Data and Predictions (Mathematical and Statistical Sciences) and a specialization as Analyste de Données et Architecte en Intelligence d’Affaires, I have cultivated a career at the intersection of mathematics, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software engineering. In 2020, I founded SHIFTY SOLUTIONS, a software development company specialized in embedding AI-driven features into applications. As Founder and CEO, I spearheaded collaborations across both public and private sectors. Notably, I partnered with OFFPT Maroc to design and deploy Morocco’s first automatic mask-wearing detection system during the COVID-19 pandemic, a project that required integrating computer vision algorithms with real-time monitoring infrastructure. I also led the development of an accessibility system for the Fondation Mohammed V (FM5) at the CIAT center, leveraging assistive technologies to empower individuals with disabilities. On the private sector side, I directed large-scale AI implementations for clients such as JUMIA, ensuring operational scalability and measurable ROI. By 2024, I transitioned my entrepreneurial focus and launched ISCALED, a company dedicated to automation, SaaS development, and business intelligence solutions. As CEO, I oversee strategic direction, technical architecture, and client engagement. ISCALED delivers five core services: Custom Software Development – architecting tailored enterprise-grade applications. SaaS Development – designing scalable, cloud-native platforms. Strategic Consulting – aligning digital transformation initiatives with organizational objectives. Data Engineering – building robust pipelines, warehouses, and governance frameworks. Growth Automation – deploying intelligent systems to optimize business processes and accelerate expansion.
