Creating Monthly MRP Plan based on production needs and available inventories. Sharing MRP plan with planning organization for relevant SKUs. Monitoring Purchase Requisition (PR) conversions and release of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers. Creating inventory projections for Raw Material Planning Meeting (RMPM) ensuring alignment to targets, analyzing gaps and proposing mitigation actions. Identifying risks and opportunities and proposing constrained scenarios to maximize service. Checking materials' availability and proposing actions for excess or shortages. Validating production and material plans in Weekly Plan Review Meeting. Ensuring timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts. Dispatching orders to suppliers and ensuring proper tracking. Liaising with suppliers for improving collaborative forecasting planning and replenishment. Ensuring maintenance of appropriate and accurate records of in-stock and inventory position are kept.
