Working as a luxury sales consultant for designer shoes in Harrods involves me carrying out many tasks at work, predominantly which is focused on impeccable customer service and customer relations. I am mainly based for italian boutiques and MIUMIU shoes in Harrods, this requires me to keep up to date with current trends and be fashion forward whilst having my own individuality whilst selling. As well as this, being aware of all KPI's is essential and going above targets to excel for my department is a key. Being part of the service squad has allowed me to develop my customer relations as well as encouraging my teams in how to provide excellent and friendly customer service.

My role as senior sales associate in Hackett involved meeting high sales targets per week as well as carrying out the KPI'S of the company such as adding clients on to the 65B club, carrying out online transactions. It also involved learning a vast range of product fits, materials, some form of tailoring knowledge such as alternations on garments.I was one of the individuals in the store to carry out the highest value and number of online orders processed in store as a KPI.

My experience in Pavers shoes initially started as a sales assistant however within a short frame of time I was working alongside my manager,dealing with staff and customer queries which led me to carrying out supervisor roles. I had many responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, dealing with customer complaints, cashing up at the end of the day. As well as this I was also in charge of training the new staff at Pavers shoes and discussing KPI'S such as mystery shops, add on selling such as shoecare and carrying out daily trade reports, whilst managing my university education at the same time.
