Troubleshooting of the process & engineering related issues of RTD processing plant while observing plant behavior and implement the AMM related preventive, breakdown or planned based maintenance activities. Mainly responsible for RTD processing plants TETRA/ALFA LAVAL, GEA, SPX APV & ELPO Bag in Box filler. Take part at KRONES AseptBloc 24,000 B/H filling line major maintenance activities. Hands on experience for maintenance on the following equipment: Aseptic Homogenizers (Tetra, Alfa Laval, GEA, and SPX APV) Centrifugal pumps (GEA, ALFA LAVAL, Fristam, Grundfoss, SIHI, KSB) Positive displacement pumps (NETZSCH, WAUKESHA, TAPFLOW) Different type valves (Mix proof, Unique SSV, SRC, Diaphragm, Aseptomag, Butterfly, Pressure Reducing valve) PHEs, THEs, Pneumatic Equipment, Rotating Equipment, Agitators, AHUs and Fluidor. Inhouse repair, modification, installation and maintenance of the parts and equipment to ensure the machine availability and cost optimization solutions by maintaining yearly budget. Continuous improvement jobs leader for putting innovation on the table and the KPIs green. Spare parts management and continuous supplier auditing for low-cost parts and readily critical parts availability for zero-time loss and localization of critical and high value items to ensure production during country’s crises. Continuous process evaluation for improvement and provide support to production processes while maintaining targeted UPS, PS, AI by keeping the line yield and efficiency to 96% Q-mapping of the whole process lines by cm-by-cm rule to prevent foreign body contamination. BMPs creation team lead on AOA zone with 32 RTD factories for competency building of the workgroups. Implementation of the TPM Foundation practices like BDA, GSTD, tagging register, Step change by MTTR/MTBF reduction, DMAIC & ET.
