Manages quarterly chlorinator overhauls, coordinating resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, and fabrication expenses. Controls inventory for more than 20 high-demand shutdown items, ensuring their availability to prevent plant shutdowns. Supports fabrication shop management to meet plant-wide needs across 10 factories. Participates in weekly interdepartmental meetings to align with operations, planning, engineering, inspection, maintenance, safety, and warehouse teams. Emphasizes efficiency and quality control in fabrication and welding operations through proactive task management. Oversees daily and weekly readiness of fabrication and welding tasks to ensure projects are completed on time. Offers technical support and guidance to team members, aiding in troubleshooting and issue resolution during fabrication processes. Manages budget aspects of fabrication projects, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and control of welding consumables expenditures. Supervises workflow and executes scheduled activities for metal fabrication, focusing on stationary equipment, piping, and structural work. Acts as a representative at retubing workshops, overhauls, valve operations, and machining workshops as needed.
