•To be responsible and accountable for my business KPIs as defined by the Merchandising Manager. •Provide quotations and samples to Sourcing Buying Manager before submission for approval to Collection Manager. •Use the technical knowledge of SMV and planning to provide insight to the costing and capacity teams. •Proactively take actions about incomplete, inconsistent, missing information in techpack. •Work with existing and potential suppliers to develop the competitiveness of own country/ region. •Actively visit suppliers on a regular basis to keep abreast of their competences and activities. •To Support Merchandising Manager in the implementation of vendor management projects, including but not limited to, Third Way, costing evaluation, etc... •Follow up the transformation of the supplier base to meet the sustainability, environmental, and social targets of the company vision. •Responsible for implementing the processes on product traceability and transparency. •Follow up the execution of continuous improvement on social compliance. •Work with vendors on the implementation of new norms and procedures and delivery training. •Work with the fabric team to execute fabric strategy and availability. •Execute operational tasks on claims with vendors according to Kiabi norms. •Develop and promote fair business behavior keeping in mind social compliance and environmental as a priority. •To carry out other duties (tasks, projects, temporary missions, etc.) that may be assigned by the management on specific matters.

• India Recycle Cotton Project Relay for sustainability raw material development. • Developing recycled yarns and components and supporting passion brands to convert 70% of the product into eco-Design product. • New Product Development (Offer-Component Forum) & Trend Focus for raw materials. • Pricing and Negotiation (costing) & Capacity Management. • Innovation & Market watch & Data management • Control Plan follow up & Quality Risk Reporting • Assisted in various areas of manufacturing, safety, inventory control and Process implementation. • Strategically managed inventory and supplier relationships to minimize waste and purchasing costs.

Key responsibilities included: sample development; production critical path management; approval of lab dips, strike offs, trims and coordinating approvals from license teams and buyers; negotiating approvals and offering commercial solutions; raising PO's, invoices, LC's, shipment bookings; negotiating CPR's and air freight deliveries where required.

• To follow up PD, SMS sample, Size set sample, PP sample, Shipment sample etc., and to ensure all samples are correct before sending it to Buyer. • Performed product quality checks for anomalies to meet customer expectations and comply with regulations. • Maintain complete records of inflow and outflow of samples.
