JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: DOMESTIC DIVISION: • Managed end-to-end supply chain operations for a trading company with 1 annual turnover. • Led a team of 30+ logistics professionals with 70+ manpower Loading contractors in optimizing transportation, distribution, and warehousing operations, providing training and guidance to improve performance and productivity. • Implemented Six Sigma business strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency, resulting in an 11 % reduction in transportation costs. • Negotiated favorable contracts with transporters and suppliers, saving the company 2.76 Crores annually. • Monitoring transportation activities, including scheduling planning and tracking deliveries to ensure on-time delivery. • Increased on-time delivery performance from 75% and below to above 90% successively. EXPORT DIVISION: • Developed and executed strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times. • Negotiated contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to achieve competitive rates and service levels. • Provided support to the team in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Lead tactical and strategic functions of the supply chain including planning, demand management, cost, and inventory. • Implemented export compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to trade regulations. • Collaborated with sales and customer service teams to address export logistics challenges and enhance customer satisfaction. • Maintained a 99% truck utilization rate by managing warehouse deployment for finished products. • Handled end to end Break Bulk shipments of PAKCHOOB & SILK ROAD, 09 vessels successfully IMPORT DIVISION: • Oversaw import logistics operations, ensuring efficient customs clearance and timely delivery of goods. • Handled Project import equipment from Germany, China in Indian ports like Chennai, Ennore, Kattupalli.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overall responsibilities from Production to shipment • Well versed in PPC • Quality control • Setting of production targets. • Ensuring proper Planning & execution. • Optimum utilization of man & machine. • Costing Working Experience in Manufacturing: Joinery: Experience in the manufacturing wooden joinery items – right from the selection of wood, sawing, chemical treatment under vacuum pressure, seasoning, grading, and further distribution for different products like Paneled doors, Door / Window frames, Mouldings, Wall paneling, Furniture, and also in Finger Jointing. Quality Control: Inspection of input panel materials – viz., Plywood, Particle Board, Block Board, Fiber Board, etc. for confirmation to Standards, Design and implementation of stage wise /product wise inspection to meet customer’s specification and company standards. Marketing: Responsible for the transparent communication regarding the production & up to Logistics. Administration: Responsible for the smooth operation of the office including documentation/ billing/personnel operations and day-to-day running of the unit.
