Responsible to lay down a new manufacturing line to produce Shock Absorbers and front fork assemblies. Successfully Design, produced and supplied to OEMS. Set up supplier base for child parts.

Responsible for dual role as product development and Materials Management. Involved in various project execution as plant engineering services. Successfully updated Paint and plating shop to produce Shock Absorbers.

Responsible for coordinating between plant and OE customers of west zone. Involved in various new product development program at customer end.

Involved in various process quality activities and new product validation program.

Responsible for various precision process involved in manufacturing of automotive engine parts involving grinding, lapping, honing etc. handled gears, crankshaft assembly, cylinder block, connecting rods for Avanti Garelli Scooters from Grinding shops.
