Managing production process, overseeing and controling production quality.  Tracking meterial purchasings for production and product supplying activities.  Calculating neccecary meterial for produciton of new projects and campare the calculations with stock situations and accoring to this manage the supplying process.  Preparing and analyzing production flow map and managing actions taken for production.  Keep coordination between production,marketing,purchasing and budget planning teams.  Implemeting product and project devolopment activities.  Devoloping projects for enhancing production capability.  Ensuring the periodic controls of safety systems of manufactory(Fire Alarms systems, Production machines’s safety systems, etc.)  Ensuring the periodic monitoring of existing lean systems(5S, SMED, KAIZEN, etc.) and their implementation and compliance with standarts and reporting results to management.  Providing neccesary training to establish a culture of contunious improvement among employees.  I have been responsible for procurement, supply chain development, and demand planning for the past 6 years
