- Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for Red Hat’s partner ecosystem space - Analyze high-volume, unstructured data sources to build new structured models for customer interactions and product consumption - Develop machine learning (ML), data mining, and statistical techniques and algorithms to create new scalable solutions for business problems by analysis of large amounts of data - Create visualizations of data for internal and external consumption - Collaborate with other developers and analysts across departments and technology stacks on cross-team projects - Mock up ideas and present insights and key findings to business stakeholders

Extended Summer 2021 Internship • Currently working closely with data analysts, data engineers, and marketing stakeholders to build and develop predictive, scalable solutions that empower decision making with executable information. • Lead and manage end-to-end development of individual projects that require data mining, management, validation, and analysis from large, disparate data sets to operationalize solutions through automation and continuous delivery. • Advocate responsible use of data through delivery of validated, test solutions and ethical industry standards • Actively creating products from data analysis, such as Tableau Dashboards, that visualize and track company certification assets from Red Hat’s Technology Partner Data Hub to design scalable data science solutions for evolving business challenges. This project has received significant executive exposure.

Being a member of the Support Staff, I learned customer service and the importance of providing quality products. In addition, I helped clean and organized merchandise and wine bottles/glasses, and interacted with others to create a welcoming environment at the winery.
