I have worked in customer service for 10 years. As a host at a restaurant, a military policeman in the Marine Corps, and as a Parking Enforcement Officer in Pasadena, CA. While serving as a Military Policeman I was appointed as a Desk Sergeant, Patrol Supervisor, and Entry Control Point Supervisor. In each position I helped handle citizens' complaints and admonished them about base policies and procedures. Currently I am the supervising Parking Enforcement Officer for my shift and also respond to and manage complaints, as well as answer questions regarding city policies and procedures. I also enforce the city's parking regulations as well as the state of California parking regulations. I have obtained a bachelors degree in marketing from Loyola Marymount University and am looking to move into that industry.
