Ryan Sauerwein

As an Executive Sales Assistant, I work directly with Senior Vice President Mike Boone to implement efficient new ways to communicate our resources and capabilities to commercial property and casualty insurance and benefits clients. I am responsible for new business applications as well as account management for existing accounts, and overall implementation of ways to make our processes run more efficiently. I am also responsible for aspects of new client acquisition and relationships. At Heffernan Insurance Brokers, it is our goal to help clients by controlling costs, as well as understanding and mitigating risks.

I directed sales of personal lines insurance emphasizing home, auto, life, and commercial insurance, and was personally responsible for generating new business in order to expand the base through proactive marketing. In addition, I was responsible for all aspects of lead generation, advising, quoting, and sales.

I directed sales of business to business supplemental health policies and plans, developing my understanding of insurance policies and the health care system. I independently developed leads, call lists, daily call schedule, and sales reports and served as high performing team member on a driven, hardworking sales team.

I worked for the executive and finance directors at a Missouri Political Party to organize and research donations and other forms of finances.

I assisted customers in finding and purchasing textbooks and maintained the organization and replenishment of stock.
