One thing led to another… and now I run a gourmet mushroom farm supplying top restaurants and hotels around the island We grow some of the best mushrooms: Lion’s Mane, Pioppino, and oyster mushrooms in colours you didn’t know were edible. No pesticides. No shortcuts. All grown locally in Singapore 🇸🇬 From fine dining to home kitchens, we’re creating a new sub-category of fresh produce, led by flavour, sustainability, and innovation.
