I was a dispatcher for a owner operator truck fleet. While working at U.S. Xpress I communicated information between our other departments to our drivers. Coordinated load information from customer service, load planning, breakdown and other departments and communicated that information to our owner operator drivers nation wide.

While working at STI I became well versed in Tabs 3 firm accounting software Specialized in trust management and practice technology. My main job duty was communicating with law firm personnel on software questions and issues. When our clients would contact our support line with a problem or question I was there to assist them through their issues. I wrote knowledge base articles based off customer phone calls. I processed general ledger, accounts payable, and trust account reconciliation issues. I escalated software performance issues to elevated support personnel. I wrote monthly newsletter questions and answers based off customer correspondence. I also logged support phone calls into phone tracking software

I worked with in the safety department with one of the largest food distributors in the country. My duties included assistant the Safety Manager with converting paper documents into electronic format. This was a temporary project that lasted around six months. This projected also involved streamlining various processes within the Safety Department. I help the staff better utilize their technology they had to make their jobs easier. Examples of this was use of Microsoft One Note for easy and effective way to archive information relative to the safety of employees and customers. I designed and implemented a workflow process that allowed the steam of information from one department to another work much faster.

I was responsible for 100+ drivers nationwide. I coordinated loads for drivers to arrive home at specific time. I communicated on time discrepancies to other areas of operations. I answered thousands of messages in timely fashion. I was the communication link between drivers and other areas of the company. I used a AS400 based system to dispatch all information to drivers using Quallcom Satelite Communications.

My position at Fiserv was with the Document Management and Electronic Content sector. I worked with systems responsible for check image capturing and information storage. Banks around the country required my software installation and support skills to archive, retrieve and create information needed for their daily operations. My duties involved answering support phone calls, traveling to on-site installations, logging problem request and writing program enhancements. With this knowledge, I posses the criteria needed for any service oriented business of today

Studied for Business Information Systems degree. This was a new degree that combines business admin and computer science into one degree.
