- Manage 30+ students from all over the world while they study in Ireland - Recruitment of host families throughout various different areas in Ireland - Establishing and implementing social media marketing strategies to grow our database of host families - Liaise between international agencies, schools and host families - File monthly reports on each student - Acquire new host families and schools for HSI to work with - Resolve welfare issues each student faces - Travel around Ireland for monthly visits with students/schools/host families - Assign prospective students to well-suited host families for the following calendar year
