I've been and IT professional and Application Developer since 1997 specializing in distritbuted & tiered applications with a strong bent towards services and relational databases. Along with finding joy in software development, I have a love for infrastructure as well. This has proven to be a benefit on many software projects where hardware, networking, virtualization, and server communications are just as much a part of the solution as the software itself. Most importantly, I feel software development isn't just about punching code through the keyboard to suggest to the computer what we would like it to do. It is also about people, the processes, the tools, and the culture. And those deserve investing in just as much as the product we are coding. Recently, I've been focusing my entrepreneurial and technical energies into researching ways of leveraging todays computing power into ways of sharing any type of application as a cloud resource.
