In my role as an IT Trainer I travel the country, training staff from admin assistants to equity partners, on systems varying from case manager software, to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. I am also involved in one to one training sessions as well as classes of up to 20 delegates. Every new starter to the company receives an induction on the systems we use and will be offered as much help as they require until they feel confident. This is something I feel strongly about and enjoy passing on my knowledge of the systems to help integrate new employees. I have experienced large roll outs of new hardware to offices as well new software, which has led to me gaining experience in project management, as well as creating and delivering new courses. Working for a legal firm has many different sectors within the organisation and working closely with the heads of each department to deliver specific business related training is something I feel has helped me a lot.
